  • Master of Business Administration, Georgia College and State University
  • Graduate of Air War College
  • Department of Defense Acquisition Corps certifications in Program Management and Acquisition Logistics
  • Bachelor of Science in Management, United States Air Force Academy, 1996
  • Valedictorian, Jefferson Senior High School, Alexandria, 1992

Accomplishments/Work History:

  • Over a decade of experience at Northrop Grumman as Senior Manager.
  • Led a multi-disciplinary team in support of advanced, highly classified programs.
  • Established strong relationships with the Air Force, Navy, and other industry contractors.
  • Served as Chief of the Program Execution Group at the Armament Directorate at Eglin AFB, leading a 12-person staff and overseeing a $67 billion portfolio of acquisition programs.
  • Division Chief for the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate Advanced Concepts Division, responsible for a 48-member unit, managed a $439 million portfolio for next-generation technologies.
  • Site commander for 538 military, civilian, and contractor personnel who develop, integrate, and transition new technology for air-launched munitions.
  • Experience spanning technology development to multi-billion dollar procurement and sustainment programs.
  • Leadership in space, aircraft, and weapons programs.
  • Selected for the USAF Education with Industry immersion program, fostering industry relationships and insights.
