Accomplishments/Work History:

  • Financial services business owner, Hall & Associates
  • Successful recruiter and regional manager, AFLAC
  • Author: Coach ‘Em Up, 2021
  • Started and hosted radio show, Game Plan for Life, 2017
  • For close to 30 years, coached Division I college football. During his football career, he was part of 12 bowl games – seven of which his team won, including three Rose Bowls.
  • Assistant Football Coach, University of Missouri, Colorado, Kent State, and University of Washington, 1975-1987
  • Head Football Coach, Boise State University, 1987-1992
  • Coached or mentored several highly successful head coaches at the college level or the NFL.
  • American Football Coaches Foundation Wall of Influence Inductee
