  • ASCAP Deems Taylor Award Recipient, The Kingdom of Zydeco
  • Awarded First Prize Awards for writing by National Association of Alternate Newsweeklies, Louisiana Press Association and New Orleans Press Club
  • Former editor of New Orleans’ Gambit Weekly
