- St. Olaf College Manager of Music Organizations, 1978-2015
- Led St. Olaf Music Ensembles through Europe and Asia on many international performance tours
- Emmy 2014 – Production/concert manager for PBS special “Christmas in Norway with the St. Olaf Choir”
- Re-established the St. Olaf Records label enabling the college to re-enter the recording business
- ACE Award (Advocate for Choral Excellence) 2015 – American Choral Directors Association (ACDA)-Minnesota
- Founder of the College Music Tour Managers Association, 1990
- Served as Vice-President that brought the 2002 World Symposium on Choral Music to Minneapolis
- Ensured that the St. Olaf Christmas Festival was filmed every four years to air on public television (PBS)
